Yes, we offer both. Lab-grown diamonds are popular for their value and larger center stone options, while natural diamonds are chosen for their tradition and rarity. We’ll walk you through both side-by-side so you can choose what feels right for your style and budget.
Most of our colored gemstone jewelry features natural stones such as sapphires, rubies, and emeralds. We do carry a limited selection of lab-created options, but natural gemstones remain the focus of our collection.
Yes. We keep a curated selection of men’s bands in alternative metals available to try on in-store. We also work with Lashbrook Designs for custom styles. Traditional gold bands are available by special order, typically arriving within 1–2 days in your size.
Yes. We size most rings including gold, white gold, platinum and sterling silver. Pricing depends on the ring type and sizing needed. Ring sizing starts at $55, and we’ll confirm exact pricing when you drop it off.
Most repairs are completed in about a week. More complex work or special-order parts may take longer, and we’ll let you know at drop-off if that’s the case.

Yes. We service most jewelry regardless of where it was purchased. Every piece is evaluated individually to ensure it can be safely repaired or sized.
We offer watch battery replacement and bracelet or band sizing and adjustments. We do not service internal watch movements or replace crystals.
All watch services are drop-off and pick-up only. Most are completed within 24 hours.
Yes. We purchase gold and platinum based on metal content for refining. Broken chains, single earrings, damaged jewelry, and other unwanted gold or platinum items are all welcome.
No. We do not purchase used jewelry. We recommend seeking an individual who wants to wear it as/is or with a buyer who specializes in secondhand resale markets.
