Robin has worked in the jewelry industry since 1993 and has been a part of the Diamond Designs team since 2001. A Certified Diamontologist and GIA alumnus, she brings more than three decades of experience to every customer interaction.
As the store’s appraiser and manager, Robin is known for her extensive knowledge of jewelry, gemstones, repairs, and custom work. Customers appreciate her ability to explain complex information in a clear, straightforward way that helps them make confident decisions.
