We offer more than just jewelry, Diamond Designs has a range of services to help you take care of your piece. 

Even though your fine jewelry is made with the finest manufacturing processes available, it will still need maintenance and repair throughout the lifetime of the piece. We recommend having your jewelry inspected twice per year (we do that for free!) We offer expert services for chain repairs, ring sizing, stone replacement, rhodium “dipping,” and more.

At Diamond Designs, we recommend that you have your fine jewelry appraised and insured. Even though most homeowner’s insurance policies have a small blanket coverage built-in for jewelry, it is rarely enough to cover it. Jewelry needs to be listed individually on your policy. We will clean your piece, measure each gemstone, and then provide a replacement valuation with a photo that will be suitable for your insurance provider. Additionally, we recommend updating your appraisals at least every five years as market values tend to change.

We also provide estate or fair market appraisals if a different valuation is needed.

We replace batteries and adjust bands in all brands of watches. Most are finished same day or the next day and are done on premises.

We offer memorial and cremation jewelry through Kin & Pebble, including ash holders, fingerprint jewelry, and pet memorial pieces. These designs allow you to keep a meaningful connection with a loved one or pet in a personal, wearable form.

Create a personalized wishlist in-store so friends and family always know exactly what you love. You can select multiple pieces, build your collection over time, and even allow us to notify a gift giver when a wishlist is created.
